01 — We begin with a Hello Chat.

We begin with a scheduled 30-minute virtual chat to discuss your business needs. During the chat, we will discuss the brand process, package options, project expectations, and the projected timeline. I will answer any questions you may have. At the end of this session, you will receive a proposal detailing the info we chatted about and the info needed to hire TFDS™ for your project.

02 — Next, I provide you with access to my Client Portal.

Once you decide that TFDS™ will be a good fit for your project, you will receive an invitation to join your customized client portal. Upon accepting the invite, you will gain access to your client account page filled with all the info you will need throughout the duration of the project. This process is set up to be easy and quick for your convenience. After the initial deposit is made and any required files are submitted, work will begin on your scheduled start date. The client portal features a messaging dashboard, task boards for accountability, and the ability to download and upload all files in one location.

03 — Client Homework helps me perfect your vision.

To make it easier to decipher your brand’s style and target demographics, I will assign you Client Homework. This consists of a discovery questionnaire and a few other tasks that help me to create your customized brand identity and/or website. For premium websites, I also construct a mood board to narrow down your signature design aesthetic.

04 — One-on-One Business Consults

To assist clients with marketing strategy and more, I offer business consults à la carte. If you purchase either of the premium services two consultations are included. During these 60-min strategy sessions, we outline a plan to generate more revenue in your business and discuss your marketing collateral items.

05 — Creative Design

This step in the process is when the magic happens. During this phase, you get to kick back and wait while I send you fabulous designs that you constructively critique as we hone in on your brand’s components and specifics. The design and refinement process takes place over the course of 7 - 21 days, depending on timely feedback and decision-making from you. I combine all of your input and my design knowledge to construct a jaw-dropping, easy-to-use, cohesive design and fully functional website.

06 — Reveal Day

This is the moment you’ve been waiting for and I don’t take this day lightly. It’s time to celebrate! On your reveal day, I will present your completed brand design and website that is ready for you to launch at your convenience. Final payments are due before files and permissions are transferred.

07 — Web Maintenance

You may not know this but a consistently great website requires ongoing maintenance to keep the site fresh and the SEO (search engine optimization) on point. Many of my clients don’t like the hassle of dealing with tech woes. Therefore, I offer web maintenance plans to assist you in keeping your site up-to-date. Clients who select a plan option reap the benefits of ongoing maintenance for the duration of their plan. Clients who opt for a web maintenance retainer get top-notch ongoing maintenance all year long.
