Shipping, returns, and exchanges.

Domestic Shipping

We are currently only shipping domestically utilizing the United States Postal Service (USPS). All shipments are tracked. You will receive tracking information via email within 5-7 business days of shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, Love, Chocolate Girl LLC dba Tam Finley Design Studio™ accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted Tam Finley Design Studio is not liable. Once your parcel is shipped via the postal service we no longer have any control over the package.

Delays or concerns should be directed to your local post office. Be sure to provide your USPS tracking number from your email. In the rare circumstance that your package does not arrive or is damaged, we are unable to give any refunds, exchange, or resend orders.

Under normal operations, orders ship out within 5-7 business days of being placed. We send shipments Monday-Saturday, no Sundays or holidays. Orders are usually received within 5 business days. We are not held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, third-party failures, etc.

Tam Finley Guarantee: When you purchase a product from me I do my darnedest to get that product to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. You will only be charged for the items that shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.

International Shipping

At this time due to Covid-19 and shipping delays, we are not taking international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

No cash refunds are offered. If you order an item that arrives not as you expected, we’re happy to offer a store credit that will go towards your next order once your item has been returned unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Items that do not meet the aforementioned criteria are not returnable and will be denied approval for return or exchange.

This return policy is active for 14 days of the customer receiving the order. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.

All postage fees for returns must be covered by the customer. We recommend purchasing tracking as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post. To exchange your items, please return them to:
