Novo Integrative's existing WordPress website provides a strong foundation of content and information. This project will migrate the website to Squarespace while refreshing the overall design and user experience to create a modern, polished, and marketable online presence.

The goal is to preserve the value of the existing website while improving how the brand, services, and information are presented to prospective clients.

The redesign will evaluate and improve key areas of the existing website, including:

Because Novo Integrative operates within a healthcare environment, the website will be developed with appropriate HIPAA and privacy considerations in mind.

The project will include a review of website forms, scheduling, analytics, third-party integrations, and other technologies that may collect or transmit visitor information. Where Protected Health Information is required, appropriate HIPAA-compliant third-party services will be used rather than standard Squarespace form functionality.

Client will be responsible for maintaining required HIPAA policies, procedures, Business Associate Agreements, and legal notices. Any legal, regulatory, or compliance review will be performed by the client's qualified legal or compliance professionals.

Integrations

Acuity Scheduling integration will incur an annual or monthly fee which will be billed directly from Squarespace to you, the client. The annual rate is $49/mo + taxes. The monthly rate is $61/mo + taxes. The annual rate is 20% cheaper.

Website Migration & Redesign — $5,950

The project includes website migration, custom Squarespace design, UX improvements, responsive optimization, content migration and organization, basic SEO setup, HIPAA-conscious website implementation, testing, launch, and website handoff.

Brand identity, logo design, comprehensive copywriting, and legal or regulatory compliance consulting are not included in this project.

Additional Work Requests

Any additional requests of strategy, copywriting, SEO content development, photo direction, third-party integrations, and extensive custom development are all services I offer. Additional service requests will be quoted and invoiced separately.

Payments

I allow clients to pay in two payments. The initial 50% retainer to begin is due before the work begins. The remaining 50% is due on reveal day before permissions are transferred.

Payments are accepted via Venmo. A link to my Venmo account is included within your client portal.

Website designs also require a signed contract which clearly details what is expected of both parties. A link to your contract will also be posted to your Client Portal once this proposal has been accepted.

The redesigned website will be built in Squarespace, providing Novo Integrative with a modern, flexible platform that is easier to maintain and update over time.

Where patient or other protected information is involved, appropriate third-party services will be used in accordance with Novo Integrative's privacy and compliance requirements.

Squarespace Web Fees

Your redesign will include one year of hosting on the Squarespace platform. After the first year (from start date to 365 days later) of service, you (the Client) are responsible for paying your platform hosting fees directly to Squarespace and any other third-party integration fees.

Upon approval, the project scope, timeline, content requirements, and launch plan will be finalized and the website redesign process will begin.

What I Will Need from You Before Work Can Begin?

• Credentials for Scheduling Platform or permissions to integrate Acuity

• Credentials for Wordpress

• Credentials for domain host to transfer domain

• Credit card to place on file for Squarespace account.

• Google Business profile credentials

Required content can be submitted via the Google Drive link within your Client Portal.

Next Available Start Day that I have is Wednesday, August 19, 2026.

Once you accept this proposal, I will send you a contract and invoice. Once I received the signed contract and the initial payment it will secure that start date.

If you need more time collecting required content let me know and we can adjust the start date. After the start date your project will be reserved for 21 days.

Migration typically doesn’t take long, maybe 7-10 days, but I allow time for feedback and technical issues that may arise.
