Those updates can be handled without a major project. However, because the business is also moving toward PK Fitness BHM & Wellness identity and expanding its services, I recommend using this moment for a focused website rehaul.

The recommended approach preserves the existing PK Fitness identity rather than replacing it. The familiar logo, purple/lavendar color family and personal feel remain central. The improvement is in how the brand is presented, how the services are organized and how easily prospective clients can move from interest to appointment.

Option 1 — Requested Updates

Complete the immediate maintenance changes requested by the client.

Option 2 — Recommended Rehaul

Evolve the existing website into PK Fitness BHM & Wellness experience while preserving the established brand identity.

• A strategic visual and user-experience evolution of the existing site. The project will be developed around the new PK Fitness BHM & Wellness direction and will include the agreed business updates as part of the process.

Investment: $125/hr (5-hr required)

Total Cost: $650

• Present PK Fitness BHM & Wellness as a cohesive fitness and wellness brand.

• Make the new massage therapy offering feel established and intentional.

• Strengthen Peggy’s presence and professional positioning.

• Create a clearer path for prospective clients to discover services and schedule appointments.

• Make the website easier to navigate and more effective on mobile devices.

• Bring the visual presentation to the level of the business’s current direction.

• Improve the presentation of testimonials, client experiences and business credibility.

• Create a flexible foundation for future wellness services and content.

• Give the site a refreshed look and feel removing the outdated content and imagery.

• Updated SEO and improve key website content.

Option 1 — $250 is due in full before work begins.

Option 2 — $650 can be paid in two payments. Initial 50% deposit ($325) is due before work begins. Permissions will need to be transferred temporarily if making two payments. The remaining amount is due on project reveal day before permissions are transferred back to the owner.

Upon approval, the project will begin with a short discovery and content-review phase which will give you time to subject required content changes and images.

What I Will Need from You Before Work Can Begin?

• Requested Content in Google Drive

• Requested Images

• Credentials for Scheduling Platform

• Permissions transferred and website access granted

• Confirmation of legal documentation for formal business and licensure

• Google Business profile credentials

Required content can be submitted via the Google Drive link within your Client Portal. You will see a folder which you can use to upload images to and a checklist document requesting content and specifics.

Next Available Start Day that I have is Tuesday, August 18, 2026. Once you submit your payment it will secure that start date. If you need more time collecting required content let me know and we can adjust the start date. I will know which option you choose by the payment submitted.
